The Belarusian Sports Solidarity Foundation (BSSF) was established in response to the repression of athletes who expressed their civic positions in Belarus. Since its founding in 2020, the foundation has become a powerful tool in defending the rights of athletes, fighting against dictatorship and propaganda, and promoting democratic values through sports.
Today, the Belarusian Sports Solidarity Foundation (BSSF) continues its important mission of supporting Belarusian athletes and sports professionals who have suffered for their civic stance, providing them with financial, organizational, and legal assistance. In recent years, the foundation has achieved significant successes, including the relocation of international sports competitions from Belarus, the organization of support programs for Ukrainian athletes during the war, and drawing the world's attention to the challenges faced by Belarusian and Ukrainian athletes.

Support repressed athletes: The BFSS has already provided more than 500,000 euros to affected athletes who lost their jobs and were forced to leave the country, as well as supported Ukrainian athletes during the war.
Organize legal assistance: The foundation has successfully facilitated the issuance of more than 200 humanitarian visas and handled over 30 cases for international protection for Belarusian athletes and civil activists.
